Why data labels gone when i paste the chart to other workbook and change the range?

Hi Team

I am attaching a file in which we have few charts.
When I copy that chart into other workbook, and changes the range of that chart, the chart leaves its original formatting like color, pattern and legends gone also.

Chart leaves the data labels also which are very important and i have to pick data labels manually all the time.

Why does this happen?

Please advise me some solution.
