Game in Powerpoint

Hello everyone. I want to create a game for my presentation. there is a map in the first slide with five continents. each slide will contain a question. there are four teams. Is it possible to change the continent's color to the team's color who has the right answer to the continent's question.

My computer run win 10 64-bit with visual studio 2015 and powerpoint 2016.
