Hey Guys,
I have documents in about 500 folders which contain various information in word documents - in which I need to export the addresses into an excel spreadsheet.
Surely there is an easy way to do this through VBA...
Can someone help please!!!

With only 2 posts, I doubt that you understand the scope of what you are asking. Addresses are best done in databases when setup properly.

Just importing raw data (body of each file) for the files could exceed the number of rows. If your docx files have a consistent structure, it "might" be possible.

The only way to really help you is for you to help us by attaching obfuscated simplified file(s). Click the Go Advanced button in lower right of a reply, and scroll down and click the Manage Attachments hyperlink to browse and upload the file(s).
