WORKDAY #VALUE ERROR

I'm getting a value error when i use workday function to calculate a whole column however when i do it for a single cell it works fine? It seems I'm not writing the function correctly!

Put =WORKDAY(B5,7) in D5 and fill down so that the B5 'adjusts' to B6. B7, etc. and see if that works


=WORKDAY(B7:B1039,7) would be how I'd enter it as an array function
