formula error while cut/copy of cell contents

I wrote formula to concatenate. it is perfect. but when we cut one cell content & paste it into other cell then cell references in formula changes automatically. i disable cutcopymode (worksheet activate event). but it is not working. Pls help

That's not normal.

Normally, when you Cut a cell and paste it, references don't change.
Normally, when you Copy a cell and paste it, references do change
