Fill Formula Down Column when Rows Inserted

Hi,

I have a simple formatted protected worksheet.
User can insert rows.

There are formulae in cols J and K.

How do I ensure that formulae are created when rows are inserted ?

Sometimes it seems the rows are created without formulae in J and K.
