Hi All,

Greetings!

Would it be possible to remove gaps in-between the text? For example, text "V A S T A A V A A Y H T E E N S Ä", I want it as "VASTAAVAA YHTEENSÄ". If I apply search and remove gap (Ctrl+H) then it will merge both of these text ("VASTAAVAAYHTEENSÄ"). One thing is common in very text that after end of every text there is gap of 2 blank spaces and then new word starts. Few more example given below:

P i t k ä a i k a i n e n v p o y h t.
R a h a t j a p a n k k i s a a m i s e t y h t
V a i h t o - o m a i s u u s y h t e e n s ä

Looking forward for your reply. Thanks in advance for your help.

Regards,
Satya

Hi,

Those words are intro single cell or in separate cells?
How can excel knows where to start 2nd word.

Do it in 3 steps if there really are 2 spaces between the 'real' letters

1. Replace " " (2 spaces) with a marker. I use "###"

2. Replace " " (1 space) with nothing""

3. Replace "###" (marker) with " " (1 space)
