Hi,

I have one requirement in EXCEL. I have no idea about how to use excel.\

I have below data in one excel sheet.

Activity Type
Associate
Status

Development

I want to create output table like below in another sheet of excel.
Above data can change often(like new associate or new activity type can get added in future).
As per above data, below report should change.

The easiest approach for someone who "I have no idea about how to use excel" would be to use what are called Pivot Tables

In the attachment, I created a dynamic named range on the data table sheet which is the source for the two pivot tables

If the data table is changed or added or deleted the pivot tables need to be 'Refreshed' and you can do that using the right mouse button after you click inside the pivot table

I pasted two screen shots in the workbook, but you can delete them
