Bulk Mail from word

Hello my problem is about sending files in Word , i can make the choise of Send file , HTLM , plain text .
So far so good , but i need to send PDF i have mail in return because firewalls stops wordfiles .
Is it any smart solution on this .

Assuming individual files and not mail merge (and a recent version of Word) - File > Share > Email > Send as PDF

It is Mailmerge i want to use so hopefully it is a pdf file instead of docx in Outlook

For mail merge with PDFs as attachments, see http://www.gmayor.com/ManyToOne.htm in one to one mode.
However given your other thread about the chart issue you should perhaps follow my suggestion in that thread on this occasion.
