Custon Ribbon Issue

Recently, I have created a Custom Ribbon.

The custom ribbon customizes the tabs seen when the system starts

Level1 = Admins

Level 2 = Managers

Level 3 = Employee



The custom Ribbon is opening up fine for each "level"

Here is my issue...

All the Custom Ribbon buttons, are MACROS - with onAction items already defined in the XML.

However, I can not get any onAction to work for any button in the custom ribbon
