Macro to quickly compose an email to an predefined recipient.

Good morning,

I frequently send quick, short message to my coworkers on the floor from email to SMS. Is there anyway I can create a macro for these frequent contact so upon choosing their name, a simple text box (not a rich text box) input is available for me to type in a few words and hit send (will be send to a predefined email address)
