Hi guys,

My company wants to start collecting customer feedback and I am using google forms. Typically, there is a comment box that says "How can we improve ***?" where people can enter text.
Does anyone know the Excel add-on to analyze if the text is positive or negative? I read an article a while back where the add-on feature would analyze a field and based on the words used, calculate a percentage, and whether it was positive or negative. I assume it works similar to Excel's fuzzy lookup.

The problem is, I can't find it again. Can anyone help me?
