Print outload field in header (Outlook 2010)

First an explanation, I work of a government agency so changes can not be make to any document period end of story so the most obvious solution is not available. I would like to print, IN THE HEADER, a field located the body on line N position M. The email can not be changed, but the printing can be because it is strictly internal. Can this be done using vb script, VBA, or any other way.
