Need help with vlookup again, : pray2:

I've got some data, which is ranked in columns A3: A12
Data is entered in columns B3: B12
Percentages are worked out in columns C3: C12

The top 4 are than Vlookup in columns B14: B18 with the percentages.

What I've come up is that if I've got more than 1 of the same value #N/A.
I need vlookup to get the next value down.

I've attached a copy of my spreadsheet.

Thanks for the help

Make the ranking unique with a forumla of

=RANK(J3,$J$3:$J$12,0)+COUNTIF($J$3:$J3,J3)-1
