How to hide page in form by selection of combo box?

Hi,

I'm new to VBA. I need to hide pages in form by selection of selection box?
For example in attached image i have Revision No combo box. In that i have values 1 to 9.
when i select number 3 in combo box, i need to show pages 1 to 3 and others should be hide.
Can you help me with this?
