VBA differences Outlook 2010 vs 2013

I have a 20 user network with Outlook 2010 on 19 of them and Outlook 2013 on the other. All work stations run exactly the same code for the database, but the 2013 Outlook machine is failing on sending emails that the others handle effortlessly.

Can anyone explain what the differences in coding requirements might be between the two applications?
