tabs went away

Using Access 2010 with a .accdb database.

The tabs at the top of the display that allow you to maneuver between open programs disappeared on one of my users' screens.
Did they hit a command to hide them? If so, how do I un-hide them?

This is because Some monitor screen size. Hit the key F6. it would be shown again.

thanks for the answer. I chickened out and restored a backup copy that was still working right.
Maybe next time.
