Sleeper: Need help on find text then add to another col

Hello,
I'm attaching example. Don't know how to figure out the code. I've spent last 2 hrs searching how accomplish task & nothing :(


If col C-F has certain word "Top or Bot" Than add to col A with "_" & clear those cells once copied
If col B has certain word V2, V3, V4 (length might vary) than swap adjacent cell

What does this mean? Swap what? V2, V3 are the same length and do not appear in Column B.

I need to swap "reverse". some cells within column. col D cells will now be in col C & vice versa
