Hi,<br>
Can anyone please help me with generating output report from selected outlook mailbox emails in format given below in excel, as I am not that proficient in macros. What i want to do is that when I select certain mails in outlook and on clicking macro, it should generate output. Sample output format is shown below:<br>

Sender name Sender email address Received Date &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Received time&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Subject &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Text body<br><br>
<br>Further i want that all numeric contact no.'s as mentioned in Text Body heading of varying length of 10,15,17,12 digits should be extracted and get pasted in next new column heading of contact no. alongside.<br>

Incase anyone knows how to get going, pls do help me. Any other info you require, pls do let me know. Any help is highly appreciated<br>
