There is not a "rotate" or "rotation" property to the form controls or to the ActiveX controls. How about this?

D_Marcel is right, but in the link he refers to,you do not need to save the bitmap (in fact i suspect if saved, the bitmap will need to be available on the computer where Excel is being used?), you can instead copy the the rotated picture into the clipboard, and then in the Properties of the button, click on the Picture property, then Crtl+v to paste it, it will appear on the button and be saved with the Excel file.
