Identify employees late login

I have attached a file.
This will give you an idea for what i am looking for?
The output sheet has examples.

There are 2 main sheets here one is for Login data and other for Roster (employee schedule)
I want to know his 1st login time and match it as per the shift time.
Created an example file, attached.
I have given 2 examples and any one will do.

It is hard to find an employee logging in late when they start 8-9 hours before their shift

Hey team,
I was trying to play around with excel to get the data.
And at last I think I got the solution.
Please check attached file, I have inserted comments about what I want to do.
I used index match and got the first login time.
However have difficulty in getting the shift time and other calculation.
I guess the way I used index,match, we would be able to do it in VBA as well, correct me if I am wrong.
