Simple EXcel Macro help

1. Open TEST1.xls
2. Copy A1:M25
3. OPEN Test2.xls
4. Go to sheet 1
5. Paste in A1
6.Go to Sheet 3
end

Easiest way to learn is to use the macro recorded and you can see the code that is generates

Usually you need to make the code more general and more efficient, but that's step 2

I got the copy paste bit, but Can I really Record opening new spreadsheets etc? How do I put a location for the Excel document? - I have tried don't get me wrong I'm just a novice.

While Recording, Use the Keyboard shortcuts to select Menu items whenever possible.

Before recording do the same thing with the mouse, but pay attention to which key board shortcuts to use. For example to keyboard opening a file. Alt+F >> Ctrl+O
