Word 2007 mark begin and end of a table

In order to import a word document to another tool I need to go over the document to mark <T at the beginning of Paragraph and T> at the end of a paragraph even within the paragraph there are couple of <CR> or tables or images, such as that the other tool will know that this is a one paragraph. The preferred option is VBA, other option can be an option.
