DISPLAY CONTROL ONLY VISIBLE

Firstly thanks for taking the time to read. I have a simple Access database that has worked fine until now but in the main table I had a text box field where the Row Source was populated with names. This now seems to have disappeared and when I go to the Lookup tab the only option showing is Display Control, Text Box. All of the other Field Properties have disappeared. Any idea what I am doing wrong?
