i am create a user form in this excel sheet for add customer & supplier , if i am choose supplier in party type combo box the supplier/customer ID autogenrate Supp-001 ID,if i am choose Customer in party type combo box the supplier/customer ID autogenrate Cust-001 ID fill all the information, if i am choose Party type Combo box choose supplier & fill the information $ click on the add supplier command button all the information was save on the supplier excel sheet ,if i am choose Party type Combo box choose Customer & fill the information $ click on the add Customer command button all the information was save on the Customer excel sheet ,if you do not under stand please see attachments

You have "forgotten" to add any data to your comboboxes etc. I refer you to post #4

combo box 2 Country name was fill & pickup on the (Sheet 4) country , Combo box 3 State name was fill & pickup on the Sheet 5(State),Combo box 4 Place name was fill & pickup on the Sheet 6(Place)
