Remove permanent comment from cell

Hi all,
i'm working on a excel workbook and someone has put a comment some cells but i cannot remove or edit the comment. can anyone help?

This is related to validation .. So go to Data tab >> Data Validation >> Input Message tab >> Remove the text there
