Hello Everyone

I want to capture only few columns from 5000 XML file available in a folder as there is a performance issue in capturing all columns.

I have attached the macro with data for your reference (attaching notepad by copying data from XML file).
I am getting lot of blank records during importing which I required to clean it along with repetition of column for every import of xml file.

My requirement is
1) To capture the text value for the defined column if present else skip the records using certain condition.
2) Create the column name as ID12, INW1, INY5, IXStudy in the first row of sheet 1
3) Delete blank rows

I google the requirement and use it for reference. Can you please help

Dear Expert,

Can you please help me as I am struggling to clean data.

I am trying to import few XML files (Reference file in sheet2) from a location and it was not cleaned properly. Also there is a huge performance issue in the macro.

I want the keep the output something like in sheet 3.

Thanks in advance for your help

Can you post a sample XML-file ?
The data you posted didn't constitute a valid XML-file.

An XML file can't be contained in an Excel file.

Ok, I have attach once again within document. You can cut and paste in any place as the XML file is not supporting to upload in this forum.

Thanks
