Taking Pictures

Is there anyway to take a picture from within an Access database? I have an application where I need to be able to bring up a record and use a webcam to take a picture to insert into the record. Any ideas?

the web cam should have a applet that lets you connect to it. I did it for scanners so it should work the same with web cam.
