Search under "More Columns" for global address book

I have done lots of research on the web but unavailable to find a solution to my problem. I need to search under "More Columns" using VBA code. Is there a way to do so? When I search for a user using vba codes, they search it via "Name only".

Please explain what "More Columns" means.

As you can see from the image, there's a "More Column" button in which you can select. I need to select that option and search for a user alias using VBA codes. Right now, it's searching under the "Name Only" option.
