oMail.Display is not working on a different user computer.

Hi all,

I am a bug in which I do not know how to fix. I transferred the codes over from my computer to another user's computer. I ran the codes on my computer and it is working fine. However, after transferring the codes over to his computer, the oMail.Display didn't ran. I have no clue as to why it did not work. Am I missing out some references or something?
