There is someone who wants to write me a simple time management program in the discussion that the idea is a table that lists the participants in the discussion with talk time to each participant. When the main screen of the software will be assigned to the first participant according to the table and at the end of time will pass to the second participant and so on. At the end of time each participant will hear a sound

Never mind, I have provided 2 tables, one for partipants, one for the time for each person.
A query to put the participants in the order you want them to appear in.
A form "Participants" to update the table and a form " Participants Display" to show the speakers in order based on the time allocated in the "Time Interval" table.
