Hi!

I am new to Outlook macros. I have done some in Excel but I am nowhere near other than somebody starting out. I just wanted to have a really simple question. Is it possible in Outlook to create a template that has multiple dropdown menu-s that include stuff? What I am thinking about is something like this:

"Dear Sir/ Madam!

We would like to receive information about your *DROPDOWNMENU* company.

Thank you!"

Of course it would be longer and a bit more sophisticated than that but you get the point. We have an Excel file with 1500 companies. We send e-mails like this all day and it would be much faster to just have the list as a drop down menu. This wouldn't be the only dropdown menu, but as somebody starting out, can I get ome help?

Thank you!

As you have no possible control over how your e-mails are viewed by their recipients and in what application, the answer must be no.
From your description it would seem mail merge would be more appropriate.
