Rotating objects come out weird

I've been having this problem for a while now. Basically, whenever I rotate an object, it looks blurry/made of pixels. Makes it look like a mess. Can anyone fix this?

I'm on version 16.10 btw.

Rotate manually, I believe. Where you press the white/green button on the top of an object and rotate it? Cuz that's what I need

That doesn't seem to happen here, rotated images are still sharp.
