Highlight Duplicates based on Different year in each row.

Hi,
What I exactly need is :-
Criteria :-
1. If Client name is more than one time and in DATE column, Month and Day should be same for each duplicate record but Year should be different only then formula should say "Exists" else "Not". OR can be highlight the duplicate records.

Although I have applied one formula, but that doesn't work accurately.
