Hi Everyone,

Can anybody help me on macro coding for the below requirement.

I need to extract data from the file which i receive in the outlook mail to another excel

In outlook i receive same file 3 times

and when i extract the data 2nd time, which i extracted 1st time that data has to remove and when i extract 3rd time, 1st and 2nd time which i extracted that data should be remove.

Below example.
1st Data
ColumnA - ColumnB - ColumnC
France - Country - ***xx
USA - Country - YYYYY
Spain - Country - ***xx

2nd Data it will be
ColumnA - ColumnB - ColumnC
France - Country - ***xx
USA - Country - YYYYY
Spain - Country - ***xx
India - Country - zzzzzz
UK - Country - YYYYY

So i need in the 2nd time data as
ColumnA - ColumnB - ColumnC
India - Country - zzzzzz
UK - Country - YYYYY

Same as for 3rd time data
