Hi all!

I have a source Word document with a bunch of various information (imagine like clauses for a contract) and each 'clause' is bookmarked. I want to be in a new document and press a button (e.g. F7) to load a pop-up window linked to that source file, showing all the bookmarks of that source file. I can then tick all of the bookmarks I want copying to clipboard, and then paste them into a new document.

Any ideas if this is even possible?

Thank you in advance!

Best
James

Yes, possible but it would take some considerable work and not very efficient.

A better way would be to create building blocks in your contract template, then create a userform that list all of the BB's in multi-select listbox then use a command button to insert the BBs you selected.

Alternatively, create a template with all the potential clauses then, when needed, create a new document from the template and delete any unwanted clauses. No bookmarks or code required.
