In the attached WB, I need to consider if the work done by any given person if removed would put stress on the other employees left or would you need extra help.
Say you remove Bob on Wednesday where he produces 71 units. Can the others handle his load (take up the slack) without having to add others to the mix to compensate for his absence.
Any ideas on how to go about determining that?

If you pull Bob on Wednesday, how do you know what the available capacity of the others are?

Is there a capacity table by name or what?

Hi Paul

This is based on an unbuilt table of projected workloads. So if you have say 1500 projected for that day and you have 2 people leave or call in sick how many additional people do you need to compensate for the missed productivity.

My guess would be 2

How would you do it manually?
