Aligning Columns and rows

im running ms office 2010

is there anyway i can adjust my column and row cells. i don't want all my columns and my rows to have the same size. everything on my sheet is too wide.

I don't know 2010, but in 2003, Format Menu, Columns >> Autofit Selection. Just click the Square above the Row numbers, to the left of the Column Letters first. (This selects all cells on the sheet, Blanks will be ignored.)

i did that. thats why i ask if there is another way to get some columns not be to same size.

I can't see your worksheet from my house, so this is just a guess, but the columns are being sized to the Headers in Row 1

At the end of a word in a header, press Alt+Enter to manually break the Header(s) into many lines. Adjust the Header Row height to accommodate, then Format the Columns..
