code to go to next line in a macro

i want a code for a word document macro to put the word to a next line

ex
06:00 Pingu Show

like this it sould display in word for all the documents
06:00
Pingu Show

[mana]

Find what: ([0-2][0-9]:[0-5][0-9]) (*^13)
Replace with: \1^p\2

[macropod]

Find what: ([0-2][0-9]:[0-5][0-9]) (*^13)
Replace with: \1^p\2
It would have been helpful had you specified that your solution is a wildcard Find/Replace. An ordinary Find/Replace with those expressions won't work.
