I have a "CommandButton" in an excel sheet that is associated with a macro (this file was created with Excel 2007).

Opening the file with versions prior to Excel 2016 this button works fine, but with Excel2016 it appears inactive, that is, if you step on it with the mouse or the click, nothing happens.

I would like to start by saying that, because the Excel 2106 v. 32bit (on a PC with 64 bit Win10 S.O. constantly updated), I had to open it and save it in .xlsm because it gave me other errors (the file contains a lot of macros).

I also added the reference "Microsft Forms Object Library 2.0" since in previous versions of Excel it appeared, but nothing.

The strange thing is that, when I open this file, the "Insert" icon in the "Development" menu appears in a throttle and I can't activate it... When you open a new file, the "Insert" icon of the "Development" menu is activated.:(

Solution found: I had the Activex control in "Protection Center" set to off
