Finding out leaves and exits

Hi,

Looking for a formula or vba code.

i have 2 sheets...........Sheet A told me how many ppl working in one particular cost center

Sheet B has details of these ppls

Cal sheet has their variance

In variance we have a scenario where 1 person leaves and other joins so number remains same.

i need to fing out those persons, id of person who leaves and who joins.

Please suggest something...file attached

I guess that not going to solve my purpose here......that is quite simple....issue is there may be case lets say for CC 4850 in starting of the month we have same numbers in sheet A and sheet B (15) in middle when we checked we found 14 in sheet B....lets say 3 person left and only 2 join back so there is difference of 1...we need to find out who left and who join back...same for other CC as well...
