When Outllook opes mark all new mail as Unread

When I open Outlook 2016 I would like for it to mark all new mail as unread. I have search the internet for the code but have not found anything. Anyone have any ideas?

PS: you will need to include the necessary lines to define which mail items should be considered "new"

I have tried both of these and they mark everything in the folder unread.

When outlook opens I need it to catch all the new incoming mail and mark it unread.
