Convert hyperlink to URL, keep original text

Hello,

Just wondering if there is a clever way to convert all the hyperlinks in a document to URLs, while also keeping the original text. I have tried using Ctrl+f9 to toggle the hyperlink to a URL, but then I lose the linked text.

Lucyl I think a hyperlink inserted on text you choose is already the "original Text". If you press shift+F9 you can toggle between them.

That doesn't do a conversion - all it does is create a new field. Alt-F9 can be used to toggle the field code display on/off. What, exactly, are you trying to achieve?
