Automatically enter the value of a formula in adjacent cell

I've attached a file I hope clearly illustrates what I need to accomplish.

If I enter specific numbers into column "A", can I please have the adjacent cell in Column "B" find the number from "A" in a chart on sheet 2 that names are assigned to?
