Copy rows to new tab based on column value

Is there a way to export complete rows in a list to a new worksheet based on value of an array of data in collum "F"? So if the cell contains an array of letter values like a dozen different 4 letter words then those rows will be extracted to a new tab within the same file.

So for example we have a spreadsheet with a list of 4 letter codes in column F.
"ART", "ARTH", "COMG", "ACM"

If the 4 letter codes match the above array(list) then those rows get copied to a new tab within the same file.
