forgot the password of Excel

I forgot the new password for Excel , So now Excel is locked and i am not allowed to open it ,how can i open it ?

I don't think Excel the application has a password

A Workbook might have a password, a Worksheet might have a password, and a VBA project might have a password

In any event, the forum does not help with breaking passwords, even for your own files.
