Macros not showing?

I get a macro warning in my workbook but when I go to Tools> Macro> Macros (Excel prior to 2007) or Developer/Macros (Excel 2007 and on), I see no macros listed. Is there another place to look?

The macros in your workbook must be designated as PRIVATE.

Go into the VBE and click on one of the MODULES or SHEETS on the left side.

To get to the VBE, click on DEVELOPER / VISUAL BASIC.
