Page Header & Footer

I have placed a page header & footer in design view of my datasheet form but when I print the form it does not appear. What can be the reason?

Form Page Header & Footer?
You normally have a form header & footer, but forms are not for printing data they are for inputting and editing data.
Reports are for printing or outputting data and they have a Report Header & Footer, a Page Header & Footer and even a Group Header and Footer as well.
