I've made a little program for a cash register....
is there any possibility that some could have a look, if I could ameliorate this program. Any ideas to improove this ?

Some explanation of what the forms are supposed to do would help.
What is the table tbl_bestelbon for?
As it is not linked to any of the other tables in the Relationships.
I would suggest that you take a look at a Tabbed Mainform rather than a main menu.
