CDO.DLL - where to get

I am using "CDONTS.NewMail" to send Word documents through the Outlook but to find "User-defined type not defined".
I have "CDOSYS.DLL" under \windows\system32 (XP Pro) and I learn from the Web "CDO.DLL" should be used instead.
Please let me what I am missing and where to get them.

CDO is not installed with Outlook by default - you must add it explicitly when you install.
